The company has been founded as a joint venture of the Van Rijn Group B.V. and KWS SAAT AG, both leading, independent and with a lot of experience in potato seed and other agricultural crop seeds. The company has activities in more than 70 countries, including emerging markets like China, Eastern Europe, Russia and South Africa.
